I’m a baby sleep consultant and a mom, so I know how overwhelming sleep can feel when you’re in the middle of it.
Before I had my son, I watched friends and family struggle with long bedtimes, constant wake-ups, and the exhaustion that comes with it. Then I experienced it myself.
I remember trying to figure out what actually felt right for my baby and my family. Not just following a one-size-fits-all approach.
That’s when everything changed.
I found a gentler, more supportive approach that helped me better understand my baby and their unique needs.
Now, I help parents look at the bigger picture, understand their baby more deeply, and feel confident in the next steps they choose for their family.
